Flo Has Change Of Heart; Hands Over Winnings To Zach

In a startling development never before seen in reality tv, co-winner of The Amazing Race 3 Flo Pesenti has decided to fork over her share of the million dollar prize to partner Zach Behr.

"It was just the right thing to do," Pesenti said. "Things were getting a little hairy."
Faced with a constant barrage of insults and dirty looks for her incessant whining and complete lack of work during the taping of the show, Flo's life has not been ideal since winning.
Indeed they were. Faced with a constant barrage of insults and dirty looks for her incessant whining and complete lack of work during the taping of the show, Flo's life has not been ideal since winning. People would often come up to her on the street and demand that she give Zach the money. Flo admits the incidents had been slowly wearing her down, the most recent one happening only days ago, in which she was surrounded by rabid fans of the show who repeatedly smacked her atop the head while yelling in her face, 'Shut up, Flo!' She would later be unable to identify any of the attackers.

"It was scary," she recalls. "People are vicious."

Behr, known for his incredible patience and calm demeanor while dealing with Flo, was understandably delighted at the news. "I was thrilled," he enthused. "I mean, it's good to be diplomatic and all, but come on. I carried her [through the race]. I freakin' earned that money." But ever the sweetheart, Zach added one final comment. "I'll help her out the best I can. She's bound to need quite a few psychiatric exams. I'll be happy to pay for them."

Flo is hoping her decision will improve her negative image. She has big plans for the future, including writing a book detailing her experiences on the Race and all the reasons why she isn't such a bad person after all.

"It'll be a short book," her publicist tells us.

Asked what boyfriend and fellow race contestant Drew Riker thought of her decision, Flo responded, "You know, I haven't been able to get a hold of him since this happened. It's weird. I can't find him anywhere. But I'm sure he supports me 100 percent."

Mr. Riker could not be reached for comment.
